1. Who We Are

RohiTech Labs is an independent mobile technology studio that develops and publishes Android applications. We can be contacted at rohitechlabs@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, our applications use trusted third-party services that may collect certain data to function. These services include:

• Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymised usage statistics, device information, and crash reports to help us improve app stability and user experience.
• Google Firebase Cloud Firestore: Stores your in-app progress, scores, and profile data securely in the cloud, enabling cross-device sync when you sign in with Google.
• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements within our free-to-use applications. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID (ADID) to serve relevant ads. This applies only to users who have not purchased ad removal.
• Google Play Billing: Processes all in-app purchase transactions. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment credentials. We only store your entitlement status (e.g., whether "Remove Ads" was purchased) to provide purchased features.
• Google Sign-In: Used to authenticate your identity for cloud sync features. We receive only your public Google profile name and user ID — not your password.
• Google Play Games Services (Egg Jump!): Used to track achievements and high scores in supported games.

3. How We Use Data

Data collected through third-party services is used exclusively to:

• Maintain and improve app stability and performance.
• Provide cloud save and cross-device synchronisation features.
• Display contextually relevant advertisements to non-premium users.
• Restore purchased features after device changes or reinstallations.

4. Advertising

Our applications may display advertisements via Google AdMob. Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" add-on will have all advertisements permanently disabled for the lifetime of that purchase on their Google account. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to personalise ads. You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

5. Data Retention

Cloud-saved data (scores, progress, profile) is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at rohitechlabs@gmail.com. Crash and analytics data retained by Firebase is subject to Google's standard data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are designed for a general audience and are not specifically targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it promptly.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data associated with our applications. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
