Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application published by RohiTech Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of our applications.

2. Licence to Use

RohiTech Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices you own or control. This licence does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our applications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use our applications for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any in-app purchase or security features.

3. In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases, including permanent upgrades such as "Remove Ads." All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
• Purchased entitlements (e.g., Remove Ads) are tied to your Google account and can be restored on any device by signing in with the same account.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update in-app offerings at any time.

4. Advertisements

Free versions of our applications display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Purchasing the applicable "Remove Ads" upgrade will permanently remove advertisements from your experience.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our applications to:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages, particularly in leaderboard or scoring features.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any feature of our applications.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Submit fraudulent data or attempt to manipulate cloud-saved progress.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, game design, code, and branding within our applications is the intellectual property of RohiTech Labs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the RohiTech Labs name, logo, or any application branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RohiTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our applications, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device damage.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our applications at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
