We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Egg Jump! for entertainment purposes only.
You agree not to modify, hack, or attempt to exploit the game's systems or rewards. Any such activity may result in your local data being reset and your access to premium features being revoked without a refund.
Egg Jump! offers optional one-time in-app purchases to enhance your experience:
All purchases are processed securely by Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service available at https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/index.html
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Google Play. You may submit a request through the Google Play Store app (under Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history) or via a web browser at: https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. RohiTech Labs does not process refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, charged back, or voided by Google for any reason, your access to the associated premium features (such as Standard or VIP status) will be automatically revoked by the app on the next session.
Premium features are tied to your Google Play account and the device on which the purchase was made. To restore a purchase on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option available in the app's Shop or Settings screen. RohiTech Labs is not responsible for any loss of access due to Google account changes, device transfers, or Google Play service outages.
All graphics, sounds, and code used in Egg Jump! are the property of RohiTech Labs. You may not reproduce or reuse them without express permission.
The game is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any issues or data loss caused by the app or third-party services.
Progress synchronization is provided through Google Play Games and Firebase infrastructure. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or sync failures caused by third-party services or internet connectivity issues.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the game or any features (including premium features) at any time to improve the user experience. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect purchased features.
